Chainsaws and Chillin

well seems the rain has stopped in Colorado for the most part and along the divide...

I've been doing a great core workout with a 60cc chainsaw and playing lumberjack... I have these lovely blaze orange chaps that make me look like some sort of cowboy from the 80's..?

Deanna is cruising along the divide... keep on trucking!

My dad has some clients at the place this week witch its nice to have visitors and such... Thinking about pedaling to steamboat this weekend or down to Chris P's to celebrate his divide record....

Gonna have to throw a 20 thooth cog on the fisticuff and getting the new little Colorado trail mini guidebook.... Before aug 2nd.... Anybody know of a cheap place to stay in durango i think i'll be there 7-9ish of aug for a night or two then pedaling on to hurricane to be back at OTE the 16 or maybe up to fruita and grab the bus in Grand jection...

Feeling pretty damn good right now and it seems the Achilles have healed! Yippie!

An update on the Chrome Knickers:

They rock! they have about 3k of miles on them and a few small holes but the stitching is holding and hanging in there... They fit nice! I do think they are Worth there $160 price tag. My only gripe with them is they do have a thin fleece chammy type preice that I don't care for... but I don't like the chammy sponge thingys....
